On desktop or mobile, the Post shows you your mailings, their latest sendings and their recipients.
You describe what you want to track, and the AI writes the prompt that will run on every send.
A chat asks you the questions it needs — the data, the scope, the target, the readership, the tone — then generates the prompt and shows you the email as it will be received. You never write a technical instruction: you answer, and you approve.
The prompt is built through conversation, with a preview of the result before activation.
Daily or weekly, each mailing goes out on its own at the time you chose.
You build recipient groups from your users, and each mailing targets those groups. Editing a group updates every mailing that uses it, with no need to reopen them one by one.
Frequency, sending time and data depth are all set in a single step.
The full sending history stays available, and any message can be resent.
Every sending is archived exactly as it was received. If a figure was late or wrong, you trigger the send again once it is fixed. And when a reader asks for a message they cannot find, you resend it to them individually.
Archives can be searched by mailing and read back unchanged.
